Haipad I7-T based on dual-core and 7-inch IPS screen with 1024×600 resolution sells for about $79

Most of tablet PCs with IPS screen are so expensive, but I7-T is cheap.

Configurations: TCC8923 solution, dual-core, 1G memory, 8GB storage, 7-inch IPS screen with 1024×600 resolution, Android4.0.3 OS, 9.9mm body, front facing camera, 1080P video decode, HDMI output.

Effect of the screen is so excellent.
