Please carefully read this.1) Relock bootloader (Necessary for firmware.zip installation) "fastboot oem lock"
2) Download firmware.zip http://d-h.st/tWJ (It contains hboot 1.31)
3) Enter fastboot and type "fastboot oem rebootRUU"
4) In order to flash new hboot write "fastboot flash zip firmware.zip" you might get error, just type this command again.
5) Unlock device via HTCDev
6) Flash custom recovery
7) Flash Fastboot KIT 11.0
8) Flash HTC One maXimus 11.0
