ITS FINALLY HERE!
most vehicles are very drive-able & with boats as soon as you accelerate they leap into the air & sometimes spaz out so i suggest you use this wisely as they are a few boat missions :L
added 'ABS' to all vehicles - Anti braking system so they brake alot faster & better
Installation -------------------
MAKE SURE GTA 3 IS NOT OPEN
1. Backup your 'handling.cfg' from SDCARD\Android\data\com.rockstar.gta3\files\GTA3\d ata.
2. Download the replacement 'handling.cfg' from here - http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AN9CG1FH - new version!
3. Copy the replacement 'handling.cfg' to SDCARD\Android\data\com.rockstar.gta3\files\GTA3\d ata.
4. i suggest using advanced task killer before you start the game.
I ONLY advise you to use this if you've completed the whole game =)
