The characteristic of this rom is that any user can submit an idea of improvement.
the team XcreaM decide if it's a good idea and if it's possible. and we start improve.
The first versions were available on the french forum (frandroid),
but english users asked us to translate the rom in english, so here we go!

How to install XcreaM major update (v1, v2, v3...)
-Reboot into recovery
-Wipe data, cache
-Go to advanced and wipe dalvik cache
-Install zip from SD card
-Choose XcreaM 3.zip
How to install minor update ( v1.1, v1.2, ...)
-Go to Xcream application and look at the top, it will tell you if an update is available.
-Download it (the .zip will be download at the root of SDcard.
-Go into recovery
-Wipe dalvik cache
-Installe update (named Xcream X Update X) (X=the number of xcream version)
